This isn’t the property’s fault at all but the bins and skips were emptied on the street outside from 4:30am on Friday morning for over 90 minutes so that was the end of sleep for the night. The flat I had was nice. Not modern but that’s part of the charm. Lovely high ceilings. Great location for my morning Yarra River run.

The majority of the units were booked by a large group who proceeded to have a party until 4 am in the morning. The manager was not easy to get in contact with. They explained they weren’t aware that this was a large group booking as they had all been booked individually online. That’s fair enough. I understand they can’t control the actions of guests. And while I appreciated their apology for a horrendous night of no sleep and obscene behaviour, the manager made no attempt to rectify the situation. For example simply offering a return night, even at a non-peak time when the apartment would otherwise be empty, would’ve been appreciated. Unless you’re going for a party, I certainly wouldn’t recommend staying.

Fabulous location. MOA staff incredibly helpful from booking to checking out. The apartment had everything we needed and really felt like home.

The property is in a good location for accessing the city and surrounding areas. The rooms are a bit tired looking and beds are very hard for our tastes

Clean, staff are friendly, good location.

Lobby on80th floor with beautiful 360 deg views All amenities also located on this floor It s a little inconvenient to take the elevator to 80th and then switch to another of elevators to go to your floor located between 62 and 79
