When I arrived quite late, the associate at the counter was extremely friendly and helpful and upgraded me to a lovely room with cooking facilities and a microwave. "Great option for a short stay. Easy parking and convenient access to The Otways, it was just what we needed on our road trip. There are no dining facilities, but Apollo Bay is just 5 mins drive and has plenty of options (check out Little Crumb Bakery for the best breakfast you have had in a long while!). Beds were comfortable and the room was warm, with plenty of hot water for showers. A fridge with freezer section was handy to keep the ice blocks frozen overnight for our chilly bin. We didn't use much else as we were up and out fairly early and back late in the evening. Would highly recommend this as a place to stay if you are visiting The Otways."

"This place was incredible. Sliding doors open to a balcony overlooking the lake. Michael made sure we had everything we needed and had recommendations for food, sights, etc. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat. "
