Rooms were clean, staff were super friendly and helpful.

Spacious and comfortable poolside room. Staff are very friendly and always willing to help Fabulous resort for family. My children absolutely loved it. So many activities. Beautiful beach just stepping out from the resort

Disappointing stay due to construction, room issues & poor service Unfortunately, our stay at Sofitel Fiji fell well short of expectations. There were significant construction works taking place directly next door, with no prior consultation, warning, or apology from the hotel. I strongly recommend requesting not to be placed near Block 1, as this is where the disruption was most severe. A previous Accor property in Australia offered perks as a compensation for the disruption. My sister and I were reunited on this trip (she’s live in UK) and had requested to be placed in rooms near each other. While her room (329) was very nice, this request was not honoured and I was placed in Room 202, directly beside the construction site. This room had a strong mouldy smell and damp flooring, which we initially thought was from cleaning. However, when we returned later that evening, moisture had spread to the furniture, bed, and even our suitcases. When I reported this, a maid came to mop the room and suggested it was due to our use of the air conditioning, despite the unit clearly displaying a fault warning and we had not been in all day. The following morning, I raised the issue again along with the construction noise and was moved only five doors down, still in Block 1 and still not near my sister. The new room (207) had its own issue: the main room lighting popped and sparked, which I reported as a potential electrical safety hazard. My sister arrived very early at 4am, yet staf

As expected, the staff were friendly and courteous at all times. The holiday was let down by small things. The room had a clogged sink, broken closet door and hot water for only 2/7 days. The first two got addressed but the hot water not working properly was very poor. We had the all inclusive package and if not for that I would not have eaten at the buffet every night as the quantity was good, but quality not so great. Also the buffet eating area was also hot with little to no ventilation and cooling. It really needs to be upgraded with proper air conditioning. Thankfully the package included lunch at tatavu daily which was lovely and much nicer. Cellar and barrel is a great bar to end the night with a night cap and some tunes. It could do with a nightclub though. The drinks in the package were great including coffees, waters and of course alcoholic drinks. So still recommend the inclusive package for sure. The pools were really nice and a great temperature. Probably wouldn’t recommend swimming in the beach. Murky water. Stick to the pools or island tours. Was disappointed that there was no golf package and the discount was close to negligible for Sheraton guests yet it is called the Sheraton golf resort. Expected more in this respect. The views were great and the Xmas celebrations and entertainment were great too Overall, far from a 5 but better than a 3. So settle on a 4!
