Beautiful place and soper friendly staff

Really the only feedback i have is that there should be a nightly activity. But seriously if thats all that i can offer thats not a big deal. Solo traveller, made me feel special and welcomed when wanted and left me alone when i wanted. Perfectly relaxing. Safety is their top priority and appreciate all the extra efforts in ensuring that for all guests. Massage was amazing and can day enough about the bar staff. Vinaka for a relaxing few days!

The room was very clean. And having a washer and dryer with laundry soap included was a plus. The staff was beyond helpful and friendly. It was nice to get change at the front desk for the local bus, which picked us up in front of the hotel. We also liked the use of a kayak and spent lots of time on the ocean. The lap pool was wonderful!

The resort needs more daytime entertainment. More atmosphere eg…. Singers during the day, activities by the pool.

We’ve been to heaps of resorts in Fiji, but nothing beats The Crowne plaza! Best service, team there is so friendly, helpful and all super friendly. Didn’t get any bad vibe from any of them. Food was on point, a bit pricey but I guess that’s what comes with a 5 star resort like this. Definitely be back and staying even longer next time 😆 Staff that really stood out to me was Eugene, Jesse & Semisi! Lads were the best!

Honestly, it’s okay. It doesn’t give you that Fiji postcard experience. The property itself is gorgeous (but remember, it’s also Fiji so a gas station can also be gorgeous). We were super disappointed in the food / restaurant experience from every restaurant and meal. Extremely slow service (45 minutes to get complimentary bread), subpar food at very normal prices, and for being such a well known brand they could step up the overall cleanliness and experience of each restaurant. We truly left very ready and eager to leave which is disappointing (no one wants to feel that way on holiday). It has the bones to be better but not the execution.

Check in was efficient but cold. Everything else was fine and all other personal were friendly and helpful
