Dawn and the whole staff were fantastic. The whole island was set up for us to use at all times.

Wonderful place, ideal for a honeymoon or a relaxing vacation. Staff were amazing and made us feel like family, specially Silipa and Serai. Shout out to Jim (manager) which cares about customers and knows the names of most guests. Property is very well maintained and clean. Spa is great too. Coral reef and fish populations are very biodiverse. We will come back!

I’m very disappointed with my experience with Beachcomber Island Resort. I had a booking for 15–17 August which I had made because I was travelling to Fiji for a work meeting. Unfortunately, the meeting was postponed, meaning I could no longer travel on those dates. I contacted the resort and asked if they could provide a refund or, alternatively, a credit towards a future stay. I completely understood that my booking was non-refundable, and I was simply asking whether they could make an exception given the circumstances. The most frustrating part was the lack of communication. I waited 6 days for a response to my request and had to repeatedly follow up, including calling the resort because I wasn’t getting a reply. By the time I received a response, I had very little opportunity to do anything with the booking. Had they responded promptly, I could potentially have made alternative arrangements or even given the booking to someone else. Unfortunately, the resort ultimately refused to provide either a refund or a credit. What makes this particularly disappointing is that I had the exact same situation with another hotel in Fiji during the same week, and they were understanding and provided a refund without any issues. I understand that different hotels have different policies, but I feel there should be some level of customer service and flexibility when someone contacts you in advance and is willing to rebook in the future. I had actually intended to stay at Beachcomber

Everything was excellent. Comfortable bed, clean spacious extremely private rooms, HOT SHOWER, beachfront (multiple sandy walkable beaches), GREAT food, Staff is STELLAR, daily excursions, 24 hour bar, 3 of the sweetest dogs, yoga, kayaks and SUP boards, hiking, and DON'T MISS the massage..... I got one everyday- Anna and Aggie have magic in their hands. Fijian hospitality is by far the best I have experienced in the world, hands down. Book it- its worth the journey! Vinaka, Navutu.

If you are deciding between this resort and any other resort, choose this one. It was absolutely amazing. The rooms are beautiful. The service is unsurpassed. The food is delicious and plentiful. They plan excursions for you each day and the excursions are really nice. Beach chairs and umbrellas are set up for you wherever you go, along with a picnic lunch and drinks. Whatever you want, they will cater to you. The service cannot be beaten. When you arrive at breakfast, your coffee is already being prepared to your liking without even asking. If you have a question, they can answer it. They strive to make your stay memorable and relaxing. You can't go wrong booking here. You will be spoiled and never want to stay at a regular resort again. You will not want to leave! Our thanks to everyone at Tadrai for a wonderful vacation. Hope to see you all again soon!

The most enjoyable part of the stay was the exceptionally helpful, friendly and entertaining staff. Some maintenance on the Bures is needed going forward. Just making sure the toilet seats are secured each time guests arrive , a mat inside the front door, and just some paint on marks would be recommended. Also a change up in the daily menu would be great. Overall we had a fun time.

We had a ground floor two bedroom unit that was large we had plenty of room for ,4 people Loved that we both had separate bathrooms and a great outdoor area
