Check in and check out was efficient. There was also ample parking at the lot. The room however has not maintained well. The entrance carpet was slightly wet. Maybe it was caused by air conditioning dripping from the ceiling. It was also a bit noisy. The bed was definitely too soft to my liking. Perhaps it had not been replaced as frequent as it should or due to my bad back. The navigation from room to main lobby was always challenging and I went the wrong way a few times.

Lovely room, enjoyed the balcony and view. Staff were very friendly and competent. Great location with convenient underground parking. Highly recommend!

I had a pleasant check-in experience, and the hotel itself is very nice overall. However, it did feel like there was a strong push to pay for early check-in, otherwise rooms weren't readily available.
The shuttle service was a mixed experience. One driver came across as quite unfriendly and seemed unhappy, which made for an unpleasant ride. On the other hand, another driver, who wore a turban, was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and professional. The difference in customer service between the two was remarkable.
Overall, it's a great place to stay, but more consistent customer service from the shuttle staff would make the experience even better.
