Malaysia Waterpark Holidays

The rooms were great & the staff are very helpful & kind. I highly recommend this hotel, it was one of my best hotel stays.

Room and customer service was generally fine. But the check in experience was poor. I asked three times in the days before and morning of arriving if early check in would be possible and what the price would be. Each time I was only told to that they would check availability when I arrived and never told what the fee would be. When I arrived, I was offered an early check in but at a ridiculous cost higher than the daily rate. After that, they insisted I had to pay the nightly non-resident tax even after I showed them my Expedia booking confirmation clearly stating that Expedia would pay this tax to the hotel and that I would not need to pay it. The staff had no interest in looking into the issue or taking it up with Expedia, instead insisting there was no option but for me to pay the additional fee myself.

Amazing hotel. Great staff, rooms and pool area. Good location for shops and restaurants. Would definitely stay here again.

Room small for two let alone 3 persons. Very noisy hotel. Buffet average. Hot plates for cold food.

Location, Room, restaurant were all excellent but the hotel staff made this a truly memorable stay for our 40th wedding anniversary
