Well priced, tidy apartment. one of the beds was broken however we actually received a 3 bedroom apartment rather than 2 bedder which we booked and paid for. So im guessing the free upgrade was due to the broken bed. no complaints.

Our 2 nights for 4 adults was very comfortable. Plenty of room. Well appointed kitchen. Great to have 3 toilets! Spa pool very pleasant.

Great location awesome views and apartment was spacious and well maintained with everything you need.

Great ocean view, clean room, excellent location. Outdoor and indoor spa, steam room and sauna was good too.

Nice quiet getaway, peaceful. The bath was excellent

The room was clean inside except for the ensuite which had water leaking from the toilet ,running accross the floor. The pool and balcony area were filthy. The pool was cold in spite of there being a pool heater which wasn't operational. When we complained about it to Q Stay( they mange the apartment on behalf of a private owner) they said the pool is not advertised as being heated. Q Stay said they would send house keeping to clean inside but not outside. House keeping didn't come during our stay. Soul management could help because it is a privately owned apartment. It seems the owner is probably to tight to spend on cleaning and maintenance.

The adevExtremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our experience with this accommodation was terrible from the beginning. Firstly, one of the front door keys kept jamming in the lock, and it took us around half an hour just to get the door open and gain access to the property. This was incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. The check-in and key collection process was also extremely inconvenient and, in my opinion, not properly or clearly advertised on the Expedia listing. We had to travel to a separate location just to pick up the key, then pay for an Uber back to the accommodation. At checkout, we had to do the same thing again — catch another Uber just to return the key. The whole process was an absolute mission and made what should have been a simple check-in and checkout unnecessarily stressful, time-consuming and expensive. On top of that, the hairdryer in the bathroom was practically useless because the nozzle did not even fit properly, making it difficult to use.
