The Night Front Desk Gentleman was Awesome. Hotel its self was clean, however during our stay house keeping did not come by once to make sure we had the accommodations we needed. The morning of our departure, my daughter made efforts to let the front desk know she would not be returning and that I would be leaving at check out. I requested a late check out and was told I had till 12pm. There was no one at the front desk at that time and due to the fact I was waiting on another reservation. I sat in my vehicle in the parking lot. Several days later, unaware my daughter was charged for another days stay…. UNEXCEPTIONABLE, especially since I was sitting in my car literally in the hotels parking lot awaiting another reservation.

House keeping is done daily. If you want extra bathroom towels, you have to take them down yourself after 3pm to get more.
