We got the junior suite which we very enjoyed. Room is spacious and clean. Front desk staff Denise was very nice and professional. Strong enough Wifi and great organization on Easter Day with egg hunting events for kids. We didn’t participate but we enjoyed the view and liveliness of it. One down side, we requested amenities but didn’t receive service after a long wait. I had to ask the housekeeping team in the morning for things I asked for the night before.

This property is ok, but it really needs some TLC. Our room had a list of issues. Some is bad maintenance and some is shoddy maintenance. I thought Embassy Suites was a nicer hotel but after dealing with our room, I would say it is definitely not. The staff were terrific from check in to the chef ...
