"Our entry door had issues. Handle was broke, it worked 50% of the time. They have a top not maintenance guy who showed us a trick to get it open most of the time, he was great. You'd think they'd fix something like this for security reasons if anything."

"The place looked good from outside. I didn’t expect to have some issues before checking in. It was on going some renovation on one side, our room was right next to a bunch of construction stuff in the hallway. The other side of the hallway looked clean and quiet, so I asked to move to the other side. The next room was fine except the window was extremely dirty. It smeared with heavy dirts as a view. The sink had no stopper, just a hole and some foul odor could be smelled. Then the only elevator was not working at one time. One thing I found strange was that each garbage can had a new bag hanging aside without opening and tucked into the can in both rooms I had been inside. I guessed they expected the guests doing it, not big deal, but I had never seen this in other Holiday Inn …"

"Very clean and spacious room, and the property was well maintained. The staff, from front desk to housekeeping, were uniformly gracious, kind, and professional--a real highlight of the stay. It's maybe a 10-minute walk to Old Town Temecula, and given the traffic, you might want to choose that option. Pets are permitted for a $75 fee, and there's a "pet relief station" at the back with sand and some poop bags. The parking lot has ample space for a small dog to stretch its legs. Would definitely stay here again."

"For $250 per night, it was very poor. Pictures make it look new and it’s not. Felt ripped off and other guests were loud in the hallway at 2:30am. Couldn’t leave fast enough. Disappointing!!! "

The hotel is quaint and staff is kind but did not give us a printout when we requested it at checkout, perhaps the older woman could not handle the request... AC cooled down the room and was surprisingly on the quieter side. The fridge was really cold so that was great. The TV had a basic Satellite service. All the plugs we used worked. The bathroom had 2 full shower dispensers and there were more times on the sink, including hand soap. There is an oldie hair dryer by the sink that we did not try.
