Sylvester at check in was awesome. He was friendly and helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. The hotel was really quiet, I stayed on a Thursday which may have been the reason. My only complaint is the hall and elevator had a weird stinky smell, but I didn't mind too much as I wasn't sleeping there.

The Customer Service here is what it used to be many years ago - excellent! Truly, you feel welcomed here. Of course the room was nice & clean but above all, the people made all the difference.
