Other than the rooms being a little bit dated (just kinda older stuff) everything was fantastic. We stayed in tower 3 floor 11 and I have to say the views were amazing!! If you get the chance to use the west(glass) elevator do it about 45 minutes before sunset and go up haha the view is stunning!!! We will definitely be staying there again.

They were able to check us in at the wee hours of the morning. Which was greatly appreciated. Though that meant we did not get the rooms we actually paid for (a view and all), but that was our choice. The only thing we did not appreciate was how loud the air-conditioning fan was. It was as if there were something lodged inside constantly banging against the vents. Pretty happy with the stay otherwise. Would recommend. Fine hospitality.

Great location, spacious room and even the pool with the kiddos was sooo much fun.

Nothing wrong, just pretty basic room which needs a refresh

The hotel itself was fine, but our experience at the uca restaurant was terrible. The restaurant seemed severely short-staffed, service was very slow, and we waited a long time for our food. Unfortunately, the food quality was also very poor. This experience left a negative impression and overshadowed the rest of our stay.
