Red Bank - Tinton Falls Scuba Diving Holidays

Great location and very convenient, clean, modern room with lots of storage and enough space for 4 to sleep comfortably. We appreciated the kitchen that made our breakfast easy every morning. Nice and free laundry facilities (bring your own detergent). Why not 5 stars? - The room only had a built-in desk and one chair. It would be nice to put some round table and 3 more chairs there, especially that there was enough space for it. Having a full kitchen but no place to eat was a bit strange. - Communication was mixed. They never responded to my messages on Expedia (regarding early check in). I ended up finding the hotel's direct website, registered there, for which I got an SMS from a number to which I was able to text back and get response immediately. As the hotel is listed on Expedia, it would be nice if they responded to standard platform's messaging like other hotels do, without me finding out ways to contact them.

Loved the location, staff was helpful, room cleaned everyday. Only con is the gym is way too small!!

The customer service by the staff is consistently of a high standard. The porters and storage staffare especially helpful and knowlegeable. The hotel is very conveniently located with decent amenities.

5 Star experience for our entire family! The breakfast and happy hour was such an added and unexpected bonus. The hotel was quiet and updated with a homey feel. Great proximity to the subway and Central Park. We will definitely stay here again!

Es un lugar centrico para poder salir a pasear. Las habitaciones son bastante pequeñas y la cola para esperar elevadores se vuelve larga en especial en la mañana. Nos hospedaron en un piso 30 y esperar el elevador para bajar/subir en las mañanas puede tomar 15-20 minutos. En general la ubicacion es buena, comida buena y staff muy amable
