I enjoyed how big the premises were. All the restaurants and stores were awesome. The only thing I disliked was some of the pools you could not sit you had to pay for a seat.

The Tropicana was great! We had a king bed that was comfy! The hotel was big with lots of restaurants and a wonderful beach area. The parking was wonderful! 15 dollars per stay with in and out privileges and they gave us a coupon for addition 5 dollars off! 4 days of parking for 10 bucks!!

This place is great! They upgraded my room to s penthouse room for just $50 lol S/o manager! We were in the 18 floor and the windows could use s cleaning for better visibility besides that, the room was clean and they had a charging station

Room was clean and housekeeping came daily for a 3day stay. Bed was very comfortable and room quite with a partial ocean view in Solana tower. Parking lot entrance is challenging to locate. Restaurant Cuba Libre , PF chang and Taco Casa were great dining options. Some other restaurants are only open Thursday-Sunday. 1 out of 3 pool closed for renovation. Great place to stay even if you don't gamble.

It was a hike to Chelsea Towers. The room had a used eyelash on the floor and the wallpaper was peeling. Checking out, the layout of the building is not functional, so you have to stand in a long line to take elevator to get out or hike up the parking ramp. Expectation was high considering, coming from Vegas in June. The Cuba Libre Rum Bar and Restaurant was a solid 10/10.

Several in-house restaurants, and close to the beach. The neighborhood is rough, tranqed up druggies. We stayed two nights, probably walked past 5 or 6 on tranq, another dozen high and homeless. It's a maze inside, so for newbies, it was easier to walk around outside, but walk at your own risk I guess. We waited 15-20 minutes for the elevator, almost every time. And the check-in, checkout process is a wait as well. We went for the beach, which was nice weather for us. But we likely will not return to the Tropicanna.

They would have received a 5-star review, except for the pool access. The times were relatively limited - not open after 6pm. It would have been nice to unwind in the pool after being outside most of the day. Also, and this is mostly on me, the place is really big and can be difficult to figure out the parking, check-in, and then location of where you are actually staying. I've never been to this hotel before and it wasn't too easy to figure out what I just mentioned. A map of the place would be useful to help knowing where to go and how to get there. The room was excellent, as was the view. I stayed at the Havana tower.

Check in was a nightmare. Extremely long lines at both the staffed counters and the self check in kiosks. Elevators to the Solana Tower rooms were outrageously slow and the alternative service tech elevator to the side of the main elevator was used for the staff and their equipment - which made the car jammed (if you could get in, that is). Immediate attention should be paid to making the left side elevators servicing Solana Tower useable. Room itself was very nice - comfortable, attractively decorated, clean and everything was in good working order.

Hotel was good, location was good, room 786 south tower was great except not the greatest view and a major annoyance in the bathroom. If I was staying more than one night I’d be switching rooms, the door to the bathroom and the toilet did not get along. The door can’t be opened without hitting the toilet, and if you’re using the toilet you have to close the the door all the way. If you don’t the door will slowly come back and hit you or be in your face, pick your poison.
