The hotel was beautifully decorated and the rooms were newly renovated with new features including a large modern mirrors in the bathroom. The casino was clean and comfortable. The restaurants were clean and the staff very friendly and welcoming.
I liked that everything was clean staff was helpful enjoyed every moment of it.
The only thing I didn't like was that the hot spa was not working other than that it was fine.
Laguna Tower rooms were outdated, spend the money for the upgraded room in the new tower, with bay view it’s worth it. Casino was clean and didn’t smell at all even with smokers. Most of the staff was friendly. The pool has a lot of restrictions and you will need a drivers license or ID to get in.
Everything about this reservation at Harrah’s Resort was an inspiration… my husband and I went for a couple of hours and stayed longer we had dinner then started looking at the soccer game. He then said do you think we can get a reservation? I said I’m sure let me try and you already know it was as easy as it could be. The room rate was perfect, the room was a a WoW factor. We were completely satisfied ♥️ we are planning another get away already 😊
They need to improve check-in & checkout points. Not enough staff workiing on one of the busiest holidays. July 4th check in was overwhelming. Only 2 desk clerks working at 4 pm check-in.
Most of everything was perfect room was clean and hotel was clean only issue was the pool for the kids was small and the fan was not working

⭐☆☆☆☆ One Star
This hotel was a huge disappointment and definitely not worth the cost. You’re charged a daily resort fee, but it hardly feels like a real resort. Instead, it seems like you’re stuck somewhere where everything is overpriced because guests have few other options.
Food prices are outrageous. A cup of coffee costs $16, and a slice of pizza is $14. The worst part is that there’s no microwave in the room, so you can’t heat leftovers or bring your own food. This leaves you with little choice but to pay the hotel’s inflated prices.
The hotel has two pools. The adults-only pool is beautiful, but it closes at 5:00 p.m., giving you very little time to enjoy it. The family pool is disappointing—it’s outdated, not very clean, and families are limited to only 45 minutes per session and only two guests, which is unreasonable for a hotel that charges daily resort fees.
Check-in and check-out were chaotic, with long lines and poor organization.
The rooms also feel outdated. The TVs are not smart, so you can’t stream or cast from your phone, a basic feature most hotels offer today.
Overall, this hotel charges luxury prices but doesn’t deliver a luxury experience. Between the excessive resort fees, outrageous food prices, lack of a microwave, outdated amenities, limited pool access for only two guests (with extra charges for more), and poor overall value, I wouldn’t stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was a huge disappointment, especially for the price.
The food prices are outrageous. A cup of coffee costs $16, and a slice of pizza is $14. It feels like the hotel is taking advantage of its guests. There isn’t even a microwave in the room, leaving you with little choice but to pay the hotel’s inflated prices.
On top of that, you’re charged a daily resort fee, yet this hotel is nowhere near what I would consider a resort. Instead, it feels like you’re trapped in a place where everything costs five times what it should because there are few other convenient options.
The hotel has two pools. The adults-only pool is beautiful and well maintained. Unfortunately, the family pool is the complete opposite—dirty, outdated, poorly maintained, and limited to just 45 minutes per session. The lifeguard looked exhausted and disengaged, making the experience even less enjoyable.
Check-in and check-out were a disaster, with extremely long lines and poor organization.
The biggest concern was the complete lack of security. Anyone can walk into the hotel, use the elevators, and access the guest floors without showing a room key or being stopped. As a guest, I did not feel safe.
The rooms also need updating. The TVs are not smart TVs, so you can’t stream or cast from your phone, which is a basic feature most hotels offer today.

I stayed for a week at a dance competition in the Waterfront tower. I previously read the reviews & they were mixed. I was expecting a bad experience however I’d give a 4 out of 5.
It is true that you can get on the elevator and not have to use a key card.
Our room was clean. However, I still do my own wiping down of hard surfaces with disinfectant wipes and spray the bed and floors with Lysol. The room was spacious. Our fridge didn’t work and we requested maintenance and we were promised they’d be there within the hour. I had to reach out multiple times and eventually they came and we had 2 fridges. I did have an issue with the lack of housekeeping. I knew they didn’t come every day and thought they’d come at least every 2 days but it wasn’t so. I even reached out to ask if they could change our linens but all they did was provide new towels. They did not remove the old towels or trash. Thankfully we had other bags we could use for trash.
Overall the hotel was clean. There was no trash in the hallways as many reviews suggested. Some reviews suggested that the family pool was dirty but that was not our experience and we went twice.
I did have an issue with booking a high floor and only being on 14. I didn’t bother to say anything because it wasn’t that big of a deal in the end. At the same time I guess that’s their idea of a high floor.
I did not do self-park so I can’t comment on the security or cleanliness of that area.
Overall though the hotel was pretty good.
Overall we had a great experience. The team was helpful and the food options were very convenient. Would love to see the parking garage a little more centrally located, but other than that everything else was great!
It was clean and nice don't like the pool is no longer 21 and older I feel it closes way to early and if it was going to be family time it should be like 10-5 family pool 5-10 21+ and don't like you can't really eat or do anything fun on Monday Tuesday like I went for my 30th and my dream was to eat at Gordon Ramsay steak and I couldn't cause my birthday landed on a Tuesday and nothing was open

While this is an older hotel, it does have a lot of amenities that the family would love.
Unfortunately the bathroom in my hotel room was not cleaned and the showered failed to drain until I cleared the hair and debris from the drain catcher. I was only here one night, so I did mention it when checking out.
Also, the website claimed that all the rooms have recently been updated, but I don’t think that applied in the tower where I stayed. The stand for the sink was rusty and the back of the bathroom door had a huge crack in it. So, maybe they haven’t had the opportunity to update all the rooms.
However, the staff that I encountered were all helpful and friendly.

The place is interesting, price per stay is a bit tricky, just be careful that there is additional charge on top of the invoice, I would say it is acceptable as there is a lot of services inside the place...
Rooms furniture is out dated but they maintain clean...
Despite all the experience was good...
