Room was great and housekeeping staff is the best.
We arrived past midnight, the staff did not properly orient us about the place. We basically have to find our way in and out and figure how we can enjoy ourselves.
That booking for specialized restaurant is a lil offish.... the staff at Zai restaurant was nothing not ride and accommodating, the foods in that restaurant was nothing special. The experience at Zai was just disapporinting
On the regular buffet.... Jose went far and beyond to make clients enjoy meals and drinks
Overall, the place is a lil small for how they promote it. And the pool that closes at 7pm, made u feel like u came to a convent not for holidays.

Food could be better. Most of the hotel looks nice enough but a lot of the inside like the reception, restrooms, restaurant is outdated. Price was ok but was expecting the indoors to match the quality of the pool area and beach. I would not stay again but it was good enough for the location and price.
