So many things to do for all ages!

Such helpful and friendly staff! Staff was so attentive, especially in the pool area. The food at the resort was amazing! I will definitely be back and would recommend this resort to family and friends when they book a trip to Cancun.

Spent seven days at Dreams with my daughters & a friend. The rooms were always clean, the food was excellent, loved the nightly entertainment & the staff were very friendly. It was unfortunate that the beaches were full of seaweed & unpleasant to walk on. I would recommend that some rules be posted regarding reserving chairs. There appeared to be unnecessary drama on several occasions. Overall, I would highly recommend Dreams Sapphire!

Wow….been to a lot of places but this was the best ever. Pool in the back, ocean in the front, kind friendly staff, It was wonderful throughout. The only two negatives was twice there was people smoking near the public area/restaurants, I couldn’t understand this. The pillows were flat. But over all it was above and beyond in every other way.

We had a good time but won't be back. They claim there are multiple restaurants, but one of them is for platinum members only and the other three restaurants are reservation only, and we're pretty much sold out all week. This pushes you to the buffet for every meal, which in fairness was really good, but nobody pays $500/night to eat at a buffet nightly. They have some cabs that stay on site and jack the prices way up, but you are forced to use them. After a prearranged cab driver changed the price on us, we asked for a different cab driver and they said it wasn't possible. The massive amounts of seaweed makes the beach very unswimmable, which I know isn't their fault, but the price of the resort reflects a "beachfront resort". We are definitely not coming back.

The room was spotless. Bed was a little soft for my likeness however that is personal preference. The staff were great. The pool and spa were also great. The beach area was ok. It was rocky in spots. The food was so/so. Some of the restaurants were better than others, but overall I was satisfied. The only complaint I would have is that the they try to get you to buy into the Hyatt vacation club. I don’t like being pressured into a timeshare when I’m on vacation. I would highly recommended upgrading to the preferred ocean view. The view was gorgeous and the breeze on the balcony was perfect.
