The staff was very accommodating, the breakfast was great and the location was perfect!

- I didn't get the Ocean view room that I paid for. So it's not worth paying extra for that room. - Also, Their Airport Pick up / drop off may not be reliable always as I had to wait 45 minutes at the airport for a 45 minutes trip. - Food choices for Vegetarian are not much. They need to expand that.

Clean rooms, courteous staff, excellent variety of food, pools were clean! Everything was awesome, and we had a great time!

A/C was not working properly, even after letting the front desk know multi times. Food in the all the restaurants was cold. Nobody likes ice cold fries. We went to this resort 2 years ago and had heard they revamped it, so we thought we’d try it again. The buildings, pools and structures have gotten much worse. The food was terrible! We had better hot fresh food in town and at the outdoor Mexican restaurant outside the gates of the resort. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this resort again.

Cozumel is my new favorite place in Mexico. It is definitely a family oriented island and so much to do. Plenty of eateries. The water was s so clear and beautiful.
