The staff was amazing. So kind and helpful. Seems like they knew you right away and remembered your room number!! So attentive. Beautiful views and such a large area you never felt like it was crowded.

Villa with private pool was an great experience. Staff are very friendly and service was great. Sunset beach restaurant experience was beautiful.

I love to stay the resort was clean. The people were friendly. The facilities are a little bit older, but still maintained.

Very nice stay on Gili T. This hotel is located on the west end of the island which is quieter and less rowdy. I walked here from the pier in 30 mins with my luggage by cutting through the middle of the island. There isn't a beach here, rather just a wall where the waves hit, and you're separated by the road. Staff is kind, especially the two ladies in the front reception and I had a great balinese massage by a sweet masseuse. Live music every night from fantastic musicians. Breakfast is ordered Ala carte and is just ok in my opinion. Lots of seating by the pool, but they are very particular about the beach umbrellas. Perhaps because they break so easily. Island is small and you can rent a bicycle from the front desk. You can ride around the island in an hour. One day I rode around 3x. Cute resident cat.

It was a combination of everything. The staff, accommodations, location combined to provide a memorable experience.

Stunning views, great concept and potential. Villas tastefully decorated as is the whole property. Don’t like that the restaurant manager jumped on us and demanded to know what time we would come for breakfast. Every meal we had in the restaurant had ingredients missing from the dishes as described in the menu / I understand, given remote location, they can run out of stock, but at least acknowledge that and let the diner know that core ingredients wouldn’t be in the dish. Sadly out of our two nights there was a party next door and the music blared so loudly til 3:40 am that our windows reverberated with the base - and we got no sleep. That was a real let down for me - so desperate wad I to get Some sleep. Otherwise so remote it was a good place to chill out. Impossible to find the light switches in the rooms and to light up the path to the gates of Villa / please make clearer. Lovely spa with very good therapists and there is an effort to put on activities for children and families. Breakfast excellent even with missing ingredients. Dinner also very nice with sent variety and choice. Great cocktails and staff already keen to please and help.

It is so inspiring to see a place that is designed to integrate the local community, providing the locals with not just jobs, but a truly beautiful and empowering place to work. You can feel that positive energy in every interaction. The heart of our experience wäre Nuril and Dodri. They took super care of us from the moment we arrived, making us feel completely at home. Our highlights were the lobster catching and cooking class with Catur as well as the massages from Sari were out of this world, we can only recommend the traditional massage. If you want a stay that combines luxury with a meaningful soul and a connection to the local culture, this is it. Thank you for an unforgettable trip!
