"Great facility on a paradise island. Very private and Luxury with your own little oasis. Staff is incredible and breakfast was very good.
The only downside was they did not have restaurant so we needed to order food and wait a bit. Food places and meny were nothing amazing. "

"Clean hotel, staff super friendly and very attentive.
Hotel has surprises during the day.
However the room was available that we left our luggage inside 2 hs earlier and they said we will received a text when was ready and never received it. "

"This room we received was not quite as nice as photos conveyed. The air con was not working but on pointing this out, the staff and owner went to a lot of trouble to rectify. They replaced it with a new one which was excellent. "I loved staying here! The villa is stunning and the pool was amazing. The staff were wonderful and super helpful and were always there when I needed something. They had rental bikes which made it easy to get around the island. Gili air is such a beautiful and unique place to stay. The only thing is the music from the mosque is pretty loud at 5am and would wake me up every morning. However it just made it easier to get up early and go watch the sunrise. "What a lovely hotel. The staff were amazing and always remembered your name which was a nice touch. Pools were lovely. One had a place to sit in the pool all around the and another smaller pool was available also. They are extending at the moment so there was some disruption to the tranquility of the stay but I wouldn’t say it was a major hinderance. The new pool looked lovely also. 50k per day to rent a bicycle but quite difficult to cycle on the coast due to some deep sand on the path so just cycle inland. Go snorkeling also we saw some turtles up close which was amazing. (Not technically to do with the hotel, just a tip).
