Here's a polished rewrite:
We stayed for two nights and, although we hadn't booked a car park and they were fully booked, the staff went above and beyond to sort one out for us.We upgraded to the Penthouse Loft and it was absolutely worth it. The suite featured a full-sized kitchen, a spacious lounge area, and a separate bedroom with an ensuite-style bathroom complete with both a shower and bath. Thoughtful extras such as shampoo, conditioner, soap, bath salts, bed socks, and robes were all provided. To top it off, the stunning views and private jacuzzi/spa made the experience even more special.The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from, all while enjoying beautiful views of the lake. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist with all your needs. Overall, a fantastic stay that we would highly recommend.

There was the terrible stench under the kitchen sink and when I made a cup of tea that I did not put sugar when I was about to sip I tasted something sweet from the cup unfortunately for me. The cup looked clean but it shouldn’t have that sweet taste on the cup. The room doesn’t get clean or serviced if you are in-house guest till late afternoon, I got told by the reception when I called that they prioritise cleaning checked out rooms for the day. the room and bathroom are dated, the paints in the bathroom are visibly peeling off. They say you get what you pay for but this is not the cheapest hotel at the time of booking. Will definitely not go back to this hotel.
