Great location, just 10 minute walk to town. Hotel is clean, comfortable, convenient. Staff is nice, although hardly saw the same person twice in 4 days. A lot of large tour groups staying there so the lobby and breakfast can be a bit crowded and noisy. Would have appreciated a coffee machine in the room.

If you want a room with a view this is the place for you. Second bedroom was on the small size.

The cottage was roomy and gorgeous. Bed was divine. Kitchenette has basic tools for make a simple meal, although the cafe/bar also offers delicious salads, pizza, and platters. The tasting included in your booking is really wonderful. We enjoyed walking around the vineyards and grounds after everyone left in the evening and seeing the sunset on the hills. We were biking, so it was a convenient starting place to the day.

Did not clean our room unless we asked we were there for five days. They don’t know how to read the door plaque, which said clean room, please too fast. The manager had to clean our room one night, which is a matter of fresh towels and face claws. also, when requiring a room, please do it in the current currency of the country. We are not all US citizens.

No air conditioning, room was very warm and street noise loud so leaving the window open at night was problematic. We didn’t see that there was a fan in one of the closets until we were leaving which would have been helpful.

Why was the spa seat facing the wall and not the lake? Seems like a dumb decision to miss out on the view.

Nice hotel. I don’t suggest the garden view room as it a dark & lacks any view.

Overall OK, room dated, no air con, lovely grounds but very pricey for what you get.

Thank you for taking care of my daughter, especially a kind lady who bought her Oreo and orange juice, while I was away to deal with a vehicle accident.

Very helpful staff who let us check in a bit earlier. Spotlessly clean. Very spacious. Good location that allowed us to walk into the town centre - which is great because parking is impossible in Queenstown.
