"Tracy’s home was perfect for a relaxing weekend near the beach. The home itself is extremely clean and cozy with delightful art throughout. Comfortable beds and lots of seating inside and out to relax and enjoy. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked with basic needs and little luxuries. The highlight is the secluded garden and deck off the back of the home. The home is within walking distance of the water, cafes and convenience stores. Also a quick drive to beautiful beaches and an easy bus ride to downtown Christchurch. We were sad to leave and will definitely come back if we travel to New Zealand again!"

"Great place to stay! Very spacious rooms, great views from the balcony and bedroom windows. Easy check in. This place is located at the top of a large, steep mountain so a car to get to and from places is recommended unless you are feeling fit! Definitely recommend to stay here. "

"There were two couples traveling. The home’s location was ideal, in a quiet neighborhood, up a hill with a beautiful ocean view. The hill does cause the driveway to be quite steep. There are also stairs immediately as you enter to ascend to get to the living part of the residence. Only mentioning that if you have issues walking or carrying luggage.The home was equipped with everything we needed, minus a BBQ, which would have been perfect out on the very nice deck overlooking the ocean. The home was clean. The decor and furniture were in good order but very dated (70’s & 80’s). We really liked the location as it was easy to get into downtown Christchurch and the surrounding areas. We would go back if in the area again and recommend the home."
