Very friendly and helpful staff. We were able to check in early which was appreciated.
The pool was very nice. Appreciated the shuttle boat and used it several times.
The food in the restaurant was good. Breakfast was good but it was a little confusing where to find things as the buffet was spread over several rooms. Perhaps as guests arrive for breakfast a staff member could explain the layout.
No housekeeping provided- perhaps you need to request it. If so, explain this to guests.
