Hotel good for local only not for foreigners

"We stay in this hotel for 3 days. We have changed 3 cottage in 3 days. There was no porter service to carry luggage in the room. Frist they put us in a dark villa with so many room which we did not like. Then we change to other cottage where the safe was not working. There was no one to fix it, in ..."
