Service was amazing and this hotel is really stunning! Can’t wait to come back

It was our first visit to Vietnam, and this was a superb hotel. Relatively new, but great location, super friendly and helpful staff, and the hotel in general was great for our family of 4 where we had an inter-connecting room. Would definitely stay again, and would also highly recommend!

For first time visitors to Hà Nội, we did not appreciate how close and central the Solaria Hotel was to everything we wanted to see! Set right near Hoàn Kiếm Lake, it was walkable to nearby tourist highlights and souvenir destinations. However, the area comes alive on the weekend as the nearby streets are turned into a walking street, with vibrant nightlife and family-friendly options. The buzzing sounds of the city were not unpleasant to wake up to, and we still felt rested in a comfortable bed with a clean room. Hotel staff were immensely helpful, hardworking, and diligently attentive to our needs, providing helpful advice to first time (but definitely not last time!) visitors to Viet Nam, ensuring we were contacted in advance, helping us to avoid scam taxis by arranging airport transfers for a very low fee, and keeping the room tidy and comfortable in the August heat. We loved our stay and we will be recommending to family and friends to stay here if they’re ever in Hà Nội too.

The hotel and its property is well kept, big factor is its a new boutique. 2nd day didn’t have buffet which was a surprised cause it’s supposed to be daily. staff are helpful and speaks english (most of them, not all)

EXCELLENT HOTEL in every way - perfectly clean, comfortable, modern, amazing service by every single staff there, perfect location with everything just around it, great breakfast, totally lovely and relaxing pool area with music and pool bar - simply said, it's a true oasis of peacefulness in the middle of a very hustling-bustling city. We stayed in another hotel in Hanoi, so we can compare, and this hotel was the best decision we could make. We all were looking forward to come back to this hotel from our outings. Whatever the management there is doing there - thank you, you are doing a fantastic job! Don't change anything please.
