The hotel was fine and located well in midtown. It was much smaller than I thought it would be and our room wasn’t very spacious considering the sq ft. The lobby was very small and checking in took long. Our bed was comfortable. All in all it was fine and we had a great time during our stay. It’s easy to get to 5th avenue and we enjoyed walking over to all the shops and restaurants.

It’s been many years since my last stay at the Lotte Palace and it did not disappoint! Fabulous, as always. The staff was so kind and helpful (Michael completed our check in and out). Great recommendations from the concierge for lunch. Prompt room service whether it was for bubbly, bandaids or extra pillows, they were right there! I simply cannot wait to return after Thanksgiving.

The house was beautiful and ideally located, but unfortunately, it was very hot and uncomfortable inside, especially with outside temperatures reaching 94°F. Our group struggled to sleep well due to the heat. The host was responsive and accommodating, even allowing a late checkout, which we greatly appreciated. However, they relied on the property management company for most issues, which slowed responses. We also experienced a 24-hour Wi-Fi outage during our stay. While the host’s hospitality makes us consider returning, the temperature issues need to be addressed for a fully enjoyable stay.

Overall, this hotel was a nice and comfortable stay in an excellent location. Be aware before your visit: Check to make sure you have breakfast vouchers for everyone if that was part of the room deal. We spent time getting that straightened out the first morning. The beds in our room were very firm; there may be softer options. The "do not disturb" signal (a small light by the door latch) was not explained even after several complaints on several days of no service. Front desk service could be improved! Breakfast staff were very helpful.
