Austria Wine Region Kid friendly Holidays

First, the staff was excellent. Conscientious. Helpful. Positive. Secondly, the hotel included a complimentary breakfast (w/ lattes). It was excellent. The location of the hotel is about a 20-minute walk north of city center. So depending on the situation, we often took Uber to go downtown. Also, there were a few excellent restaurants close to the hotel. So the site was out of the chaos of city center and enough restaurants nearby to make it work. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was excellent for our needs. The weather in Vienna was very hot but we had excellent air-conditioning in the hotel which made our stay in Vienna very nice. The staff is very nice and helpful but we expected better housekeeping. We got freah towels every day but sometimes the used towels were left hanging on the hook.

The room was really spacious with classical decor. The location was great and so was staff. Free coffee (excellent quality!) and sparkling water were nice, unexpected amenities and we took full advantage. The only thing was that the bed mattress was a bit too bouncy for us. We will most definitely book this hotel when we go back for more visit.

Rooms are clean, quiet. Beautiful balcony garden view. AMAZING breakfast. Definitely worth adding.

Great well laid out room. Pool and sauna and gym very handy and well maintained.
