My stay at Hotel Riu in Times Square was nothing short of fantastic! The location couldn't be better, situated right in the heart of the bustling Times Square and Restaurant Row. It's the perfect base for exploring the city, with easy access to numerous attractions, shops, and dining options. The staff at Hotel Riu were incredibly friendly and accommodating. From check-in to check-out, every interaction was pleasant, and they were always willing to assist with any request. Their warmth and professionalism added a personal touch to my experience. The rooms were well-appointed, spacious, and clean, providing a cozy retreat after a busy day in the city. The modern decor blended perfectly with the vibrant atmosphere outside. Service throughout the hotel was impeccable, with prompt responses to any needs and a welcoming ambiance that made me feel right at home. Overall, had a good time and good price. My only peeves were that there was only one water fountain in the entire building which was broken and when I let the front desk person know they responded with "go buy water"... The elevators took a very long time and was always packed, to the point that we walked up 10 flights of stairs and it was faster. However, the location was amazing and the hotel was clean and service was direct.

Ice machine was by the lobby, and one of the elevators were down, but they allowed usage of the 2 service elevators on the end of each hallway to make up for it. I was only there for 2 nights but it was comfy. The rooms were very warm but the windows open and it balanced.
