We had a ton of luggage from skiing and were put in a beautiful ground floor room after speaking with reception. The check in agent couldn't have been more helpful in setting up our 4:30 am shuttle trip to the airport. I used the shuttle twice and both times the drivers were very professional and helped with our luggage. At the early morning checkout, the person at the desk helped me to get grab and go salads and fruit from near the bar. Everything was seamless and we are just sorry that we didn't get to work out in the great gym. We would be happy to return!
