Large apartment that accommodated my family. Check in was wonderful very friendly staff and free Parking on site, which was handy. Kitchen well equipped. Close to Elizabeth Quay.
Beds were hard. Could also do with updating, needs painting, bathrooms to be redone and updated styling.

Great location, well priced. Good option for quick business trip, due to central location.
Room service is offered through neighbouring restaurant - not the best. Convenient as it is - would recommend exploring different options of staying.

I booked this hotel as it looked like a heritage as per photo of the building on their website but unfortunately our rooms were in a glass box with very small and standard rooms , poor room planning, telephone on opposite side of bed on the study table and not next to the bed, only one socket available which was again on the opposite wall.The iron board was old with a cheap cover which did not fit properly and kept on falling off it. Food for room service of poor quality, staff didn’t seem to bother. We stayed for 9 nights two separate double bedrooms and paid over 6000 Australian Dollars. The staff never bothered to ask if our stay was ok. For central Perth, poor quality Hotel. It was my first time in Perth, I live in London, UK. Overall poor value for money. And very expensive.
