If you have booked this just beware they are going through some renovations and you might want to reconsider especially if you're staying multiple nights. They do tell you about hotel rennovations after you've booked but I was expecting updates to facades or carpets... what isn't made clear is that they have an archaic entertainment system reminiscent of hotels in the 90's. No smart TV functionality at all so don't expect to be connecting your phone or logging into your favourite apps. Remote for the bedroom TV was missing. Had to clean up two of the bowls as they had dried on food. Found a mangy old French fry under the coffee table and the coffee table feet were really grimy. The room was an accessible one but based on the limited way the fridge and cupboard worked I don't know if people with accessibility difficulties would have been able to use the fridge at all see the photo that is max extent the doors open. I'm not sure the actual cost of the 1 night stay as I bought a flight and hotel bundle deal with Expedia but it seems to be in the order of $300. Yes you pay premium for the convention centre access but even so it looks like there are some way better options not far away. Generally disappointed Staff are nice.

Our favourite place to stay in Scarborough! Although the pool section was getting a facelift again, was nice to have another option. The buffet breakfast was super and had different items one day to the next which was nice. They even provided a boxed breakfast since we had to leave really early in the morning to catch a flight! The only downfalls from our stay were: no spare toilet paper roll in room upon arrival, our phone wouldnt work to call the reception area and the fan in the bathroom didnt work so when taking a shower the mirrors would really fog up even in the entrance to the room. We also dont take super hot showers. Otherwise was a great stay as always and the front reception was helpful with everything!

The Como Treasury is one of our favourite home away from home. It’s one of the best hotels to stay at in Perth.

The Broadwater is always consistent with all facets of the property and the best place to stay when in Perth not in the city. Very easy to get around from The Broadwater to all areas of Perth and surrounding suburbs.

Clean room. Close to airport. 24 hour shuttle.
