I consider myself a seasoned traveler, but this trip I made a major oversight regarding our checkout date. When I realized the error, we were out kayaking and dealing with waterlogged gear.
Despite the hotel being fully booked, Jennifer at the front desk handled my panic with incredible empathy and efficiency. She coordinated with Harbour House to rush-clean a room. Furthermore, the team went out of their way to help dry our wet belongings. This mistake was entirely mine, but the response was pure excellence. Niagara’s Finest Hotels truly offers top-notch service. Thank you, Jennifer and Harbour House!
