This is, without question, the worst hotel I have ever had the misfortune of staying in. I genuinely cannot understand how this place has positive reviews. I stayed here for one night with my mother and my baby, and it was a complete disaster from the moment we arrived. The room was filthy and absolutely reeked. The smell was so foul it was like sleeping in a sewer. It was overpowering, disgusting, and made me want to leave the second we walked in. The bed was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. It was unbelievably uncomfortable, and to top it off, there were only two pathetic pillows for the entire bed. A decent night's sleep was impossible. Whoever is making decisions about this hotel clearly has their priorities backwards. Instead of wasting money on a fancy toilet, maybe spend it on basic cleanliness, comfortable beds, and facilities that guests actually care about. The car park is an absolute nightmare. I specifically called before arriving to ask whether my car would fit and was assured there would be "heaps of room." That was completely false. The spaces are ridiculously tight, and I ended up scraping my car trying to get out because of the misleading information I was given. The staff were nice but acted like they couldn't care less. They seemed totally unaware of what was going on and showed no interest in resolving the issue. I woul never stay here again even if I was given.it for free.

Nice

Very close to Woolworths and some fast food outlets. Easy drive to Harris Park which is called “Little India” and has many cafes, restaurants and bakeries. Close to Parramatta which has a huge Westfields and a great “Eat Street”. We stayed in a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment which had a full sized kitchen and dining table and two couches which comfortably could seat 3 people each. Close to James Ruse Drive but traffic noise was bearable.

This is such a cool hotel. Small room doesn’t even feel that small. Comfortable and modern. Staff are really friendly. Well priced too. Highly recommend.

A wonderful 'find'! Tucked away in a cobbled lane is this beautiful old, classy hotel! Wonderful ambience, lovely rooms with such a comfortable bed and lovely bathroom (including in ours, an old fashioned deep bath!), and great service. Add to that the generous and lovely breakfast delivered to your room, and the Establishment Hotel bar downstairs - large, buzzy, yet no noise from it up to the room, access on to lower George St with the light rail right outside the door, and you have the perfect place to stay. We will stay again!

The view is absolutely lovely, you definitely feel like you’re tucked in a beautiful little saltwater nook with amazing views. The room was super spacious for 4 at a really great price. There could be improvements, for example, chairs around the table that’s in room, but that’s just nitpicking.

Great for a solo trip because it had a single bed and private bath, closet, desk. The bathroom was really nice. I have stayed here twice. Location is great for seeing the sights and coming back to during the day for a break
