Location was great for what we wanted. We were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment, which was a decent size. Looking out into a busy road was entertaining but, as expected, quite noisy at times. Walking distance to shops and great dining precinct was the overall win for us. Cleanliness could be improved as too tired furniture, including one of the beds, very worn carpet and a second fridge because one wasn’t fully working… I’m glad I got a good deal on price.

Great ocean view, clean room, excellent location. Outdoor and indoor spa, steam room and sauna was good too.

The property was clean. The unit huge with amazing views, comfortable beds and lounges. The unit is dated but with the size it offers it doesn’t matter.

Stay was great, very clean and comfortable. Only concern is that I have still not received the bond from hotel that was paid at check in? Have tried making the the them, no response.

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. It looks like it does online, everything was clean and beautiful. The location was quieter than Surfers Paradise so lots of opportunities to relax. I wish I was still there

The adevExtremely Disappointing Stay – Would Not Recommend Our experience with this accommodation was terrible from the beginning. Firstly, one of the front door keys kept jamming in the lock, and it took us around half an hour just to get the door open and gain access to the property. This was incredibly frustrating and completely unacceptable. The check-in and key collection process was also extremely inconvenient and, in my opinion, not properly or clearly advertised on the Expedia listing. We had to travel to a separate location just to pick up the key, then pay for an Uber back to the accommodation. At checkout, we had to do the same thing again — catch another Uber just to return the key. The whole process was an absolute mission and made what should have been a simple check-in and checkout unnecessarily stressful, time-consuming and expensive. On top of that, the hairdryer in the bathroom was practically useless because the nozzle did not even fit properly, making it difficult to use.
