"Hotel was very comfy, quite and in a great location. Staff were very helpful. Yes, there was a large pool but setup for laps only. Breakfast buffet had fair variety and quality but overall would not try again. Hotel bar had a good atmosphere for having a drink and cigar."

First thing they do when you walk in is help with your luggage to your room and have a quick and easy check in. They had spacious rooms and had an amazing view. "At first glance, we were thrilled when we arrived. The place looked comfortable, the ambience was nice, & the staff was helpful. We checked into our room, which was very nice--a view, a deck (we were on a premium floor). But things started to take a turn for the worse. The pool was closed, the outdoor areas inaccessible. We complained, & after a day, they opened for us the 24" shallow pool, which got us wet, but it was not what we bargained for, that's for sure. All of the outdoor facilities...

"There’s a free transport in the morning fr the hotel to the domestic terminal so that’s great. The public bath was very clean and there are 4 laundry and drying machines that are convenient. Only reason why I gave less stars is cos the beddings were not very clean. Otherwise all good and will stay again if I have an early flight. "

"Check in staff were so amazing. When ordering a cab, they would come out and make sure the driver knew where we were going. Only unfortunate thing is the area is undergoing demolition of the neighboring mall. Not much around the property. But still a nice view"
