The room has seen better days. Needs refurbishment. It was probably designed in the early 2000's. Staff was proficient. Area around hotel was noisy...sounds of a nightclub bass thump at night. Close to Tenjin station.

We have stayed here several times the bed is perfect for me firm but not hard.Locatef a short walk from Tenjin station it's a very convenient place to stay while on Fukuoka

We had an excellent stay in Fukuoka. Hotel was located in a good area just a little outside of the river area but it was a quick taxi in. Lovely and helpful staff! Clean hotel. Would stay again!

Location is good, near train station. Staffs are nice, room is clean, comfortable bed and pillow. Others, free coffee and amenities is good enough. Will consider to stay again in the next trip to Fukuoka :)

I stayed for 7 days. The position is pretty good and within walking distance to mutliple stations and shopes. But Cleaning is sloppy. This is way below the usual level of cleaness I expected from Japan's hotel. Hair was found from the unused towel. Some small food scraps from the previous day of my stay remains. This proof no vacuuming was conduct.

Friendly and helpful staff. Close to eateries. There were noises of equipment/machinery as well as people chatting as they walked the back lanes. It didn’t bother us too much but might for those sensitive to noise. Overall a good stay.
