Hotel is within walking distance to Hakata station, and easy access to convenience stores around the area. The free breakfast was also a nice touch to the guests living in the hotel.

Hotel is in good location and easy walk to Hakata Station. Very clean and excellent laundry facilities. Only issue was the room size (expected in Japan) as we struggled with the lack of space. Overall would recommend as good option.

Our two night stay at the Prince Smart Inn was very pleasant. The room, though small, was clean and pleasant. The complementary breakfast was a very nice touch.

Very clean hotel

Overall very clean sheets, mattress was very nice, but pillows were too soft. Nice location, included a complimentary breakfast with many choices. Only bad thing is there was no privacy in the shower area, which only divided by a curtain from the beds.

Clean hotel and good location to JR Hakata City. Would like to recommend that hotel consider providing a rack for luggage in the room. We had to put our luggage on the floor to open it. Two more hooks for hanging clothes on hangers please.

So far so so

Twin room was small, though with table and chairs you can never sit on chairs as they were destined for your lugguages. The idea of air purifier was good but it was relatively bulky in the tiny area. Personally not prefer the toilet, you have to open door with uncleaned hands to access basin. Self helped necessities were limited, shower cap was not provided. Breakfast was efficient and delicious - a hamburger with a drink, be it rice burger or normal burger. Overall acceptable, expectation should not be over.

Good Business Hotel near Hakata

Rooms are kept in almost new conditions with minor signs of usage. They are small but works well for short stay business trip. There is complimentary breakfast & only rice burger / burger are served.
