Very accessible to public transport, a huge park with lots of walking trails and grocery stores. Very Quick response from the property manager (very friendly and understanding) when we had concerns and needed to make arrangements. She’s very communicative and helpful - The apartment is very clean, equipped with essential items for our stay.

Fabulous location across the road from the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free chocolate treats and fruit everyday were a nice touch. Restaurant food and service also very nice.

A very well appointed hotel with great views. Plenty of parking and great facilities.

While checking in we were offered a welcome coffee or water, Anja was a very professional lady and explained the details of the hotel.A beautiful quaint room wooden floors, separate ensuite, two chairs to relax in and free wi fi also our stay included breakfast which was available on the 1st floor, a full range of breads and lovely pastries.Condiments,cheeses & meats as well as a hot selection was available along with Sparkling wine on the weekend.Irene & Mario also shared their vast knowledge...

Relaxing great position on lake

Comfortable beds luxurious pillows were just what we needed after touring for ten days. Very handy location to inner city and to lake and river tours

2 nights. Close to tram to get into city was 15 mins. Room great. Bed comfy. Beer complimentary in fridge would rather it was wine. Staff very friendly and helpful. Restaurant on site handy. Supermarket just around corner. Very happy.

Loved this hotel. It’s one of its kind. Very high-tech, loved the fun features of it like ipad operated shutters and blinds, lights, and even the tv. Checkin was smooth, it was self-service but got friendly assistance from a staff. Loved unlimited tap and sparkling water. Linens and towels were fresh and location was convenient. Checkout was much faster being more familiar with the kiosk.

Great hotel in a great location near the station and Xmas markets. Well appointed room. Enjoyed the free mini bar and drip coffee.
