EVERYTHING about this hotel is great!!!! Outstanding service, outstanding amenities, outstanding location….its right across the street from the main rail station, and the main shopping district (with just about any designer brand you can think of) starts just outside the hotel and runs for 3-4 blocks. I would 100 percent stay there again!!!

Professional staff, welcoming and helpful. Fresh fruit and chocolate in rooms was a nice touch . Pillows need improvement as they were too soft and no support. Rooms do get very warm even in Spring so air conditioning and air circulation need improvement. Also please have Bundnerfleisch as part of your breakfast menu. Finally excellent bathroom amenities and appreciated the water pressure and attention to detail with fresh flowers. Enjoyed our stay !
