Very comfortable rooms and courteous staff. Had a very long overnight trip from US & arrived in the early am to Zurich. Checked us in early so we could shower and rest a bit, before exploring. Excellent location. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great location! Clean and quiet. Walking distance to restaurants, bars and shopping stores. Room very small. Not suitable for winter clothes and more than one luggage. Breakfast open early so it’s convenient for early tours.

This is a luxury boutique hotel that has all you could want in your time in Zurich for a reasonable price. Excellent dining, clean and comfortable rooms and bed, a wonderful shower with excellent soaps and shampoo, great service and concierge, in a gorgeous area of Zurich and within walking distance of everything. It is quiet as well. I was delighted with my stay at the Ambassador and will definitely return.
