"Beausite Zermatt was a fabulous hotel to stay in for our 3 day hiking trip to the area. We received friendly advice from the concierge on appropriate level hikes and places to eat on the mountains. The breakfast was decadent and the spa/pool options were wonderful. We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful deck and view of the Matterhorn which made our stay extra special. You will not regret staying here!"
"Highly recommend!!! The staff is amazing. Went out of their way to make you feel like family. The room was large, clean had all that you would want in a room. The refrigerator had drinks for free, chocolate in the room. A wonderful experience for sure!!!"
"Hotel Bahnhof exceeded my expectations from the moment i stepped out of the Zermatt station - it was just across the street and so central that you were right on the shopping street and the goats passed it in the morn and afternoon on their trek to the mountains.
I stayed in the hostel portion in a women’s room with 4 sets of bunk beds and I was very happy with my bottom bunk by the window, which had the illusion of privacy and cool air from the window. The facilities are very clean and well maintained, and the kitchen fully equipped for major cooking or in my case, microwave food and kettle for tea. There seemed to be enough showers and toilets to go around and the coin operated washer/dryer was a welcome luxury that other hotels i stayed at didn’t seem to have. The desk clerks were nice and helpful. Overall, it was a great stay."
