The hotel served a delicious fresh breakfast every morning that we would look forward to, and they were very accommodating to transportation to and from the train station. If I were to go back to Zermatt, I would likely here again

A beautiful hotel from start to finish. The location at the end of the village towards the mountain is absolutely fabulous. We had the rooms facing the Matterhorn, absolutely two glorious days of sun filled Mountain The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs. The rooms were very nicely decorated and clean I highly recommend this hotel

Amazing place, super new and the best part is you walk 1 minute and you get to the lift. Extremely convenient 👌 as it’s also 7 mins walk to city center. I would definitely stay there next time i come to Zermatt. PS: please change these pillows as they so uncomfortable. The mattress is super good but the pillows needs to be out. Overall the place is amazing.

The hotel is beautiful, has really large and well decorated rooms, amazing bathrooms, large balconies, and once you walk outside, you have a breathtaking view of Mount Matterhorn and the river that goes thru the village. The breakfast is great, you get your money's worth. With all this said, the only reason the hotel did not receive a 5 star review was an incident that could have been handled better. My mother-in-law took the stair case but forgot to bring the room key with her. The stair case requires you to use your room key to access each floor, including the lobby. Since she did not have her room key, she was stuck. She some how managed to get out to a hilly area and scream for help, but rather than going to the stair case and opening the door to the lobby, she was thrown a set of janitor keys and told to use it to open, but it was a chip key thay she's not familiar with. The whole episose lasted like 20 minutes to be resolved without a friendly gesture from the staff. I'm a bit confused as to why the lobby door from the stair case has to he accessed with key, what if there is a fire and you run out of your room without the key? Overall, our stay in Zermatt was very nice and the town is SUPER CHARMING

Best hotel in Zermatt! For skiers or not it is incredible. Right next to the lift to Matterhorn Glacier Paradise. I has an amazing staff, breakfast and bar! Beds are so comfortable and rooms are so nice.

Excellent Chalet hotel .

The location of this hotel was great . From arriving at the station in Zermatt the hotel was in hand via a telephone call at the tourist office to come & pick us up . Check in was easy & the room was excellent, with a large balcony over looking mountains. Close 100 Metres max to the cable car to the Mountain Paradise viewing point . The train to the other viewing point was a short 15 mins walk into town. Going on both these trips . If you arrive before lunch & the mountain is blear you need if you want to take a trip as the weather can close in .

The property was very nice and out of the hustle of the center of Zermatt. It was a short walk to trails, very close to a gondola. You could hear neighbors easily (footsteps and voices) and we had a room above the hot tub, that was the only downside.

Beautiful & recommended hotel; found some left over hair in a couple of spots inside the bathroom. The next day I informed the reception and confirmed that cleaning will be done properly. The staff are really caring and welcoming.

We stayed for 3 nights and had a room with a matterhorn view and we were able to enjoy the view each morning and evening from the balcony. The rooms were spacious and had lots of storage areas. The staff were helpful in guiding us towards different routes and excursions. The pool/jacuzzi is small but a nice way to relax after a long day out on the mountains. The breakfast was sufficient but they do not offer any evening meal for this you need to walk into the center, but this is only 5 mins away so this is fine. Also we contacted the hotel before arrival and arranged a free pick up from the train station and they also dropped us off. Overall staying at 22 summits was a great experience and would stay here again.

Nice hotel but not worth the price tag IMO

Well situated and nice hotel with great view of the Matterhorn. Few things let it down. Our coffee machine did not work and the temperature control button was broken so we had to get these sorted which I would have expected to been checked prior to guests arriving. I did ask the hotel reception to help me plan a surprise in the room for my fiancée birthday which they did not and I found their response times slower than expected. Breakfast was ok - but hot food was cold by time we arrived around 08:15 each day. Spa is nice and jacuzzi in the snow was cool. I probably wouldn’t stay again but that’s because I don’t feel it’s good value for money not because it’s not a nice or good hotel

清潔感のあるホテルです。部屋によるかもしれないですが、今回3階の部屋に泊まったが、道に歩いてる人がそのまま見えてしまいよで、プライベート感が若干気になりました。後、駅から少し遠いので、送迎シャトルを利用したほうがいいです。
