"The lifts let the whole place down. They are too small to properly service the size of the Tower and so they take ages to arrive and they are crammed full with people and they take al long time to reach ground floor. "

"Initially weve checked in one of the standard rooms however later managed to get an upgrade to an executive room (forgot ladies name but thank you very much) and what a difference. All executive rooms are located from 32 floor onwards so you get the best views and nearly refurbished therfore the room is bright and airy. Breakfast was catered mainly for Asian palette but its ok Location couldn't be perfect. Situated right on the edge of victoria park it has easy access to metro, tram and all the shops around the area. Thank you"

"Maintenance staff were not well trained !!! Got problem with TV n staff was not able to resolve the problem n gave silly reasons for unable to do it. Problem sorted out only when asked manager to look into the problem !!!!!!! Have been staying in Eaton for years n never encounter this before "
