My room was very small and very dirty, for the price of the rooms i expected 5 stars but it was far from it, Could write my name in the dust not just one area the whole room, mould in bathroom and pink from lack of good cleaning lime scale on taps, smell in room and hallway. I was there for a wedding. So could not go to another hotel"

"The overall stay was good , with clean and well presented room . Only thing which I noticed was it’s an old building and the rooms electric infrastructure is dated . There are no usb charging port on the electric switches . I was really surprised and as I was not carrying the plugs , had to buy 2 plugs to get the charging going for the gadgets . The rooms are around £145 per night approx with No USB charging port really ……!! shocking !!!"

"Large room, good assortment of breakfast options, however there was a power cut on the last day. Additionally, had to raise a ticket with Hotels.com for the deposit refund as it is yet to be refunded after 8 days. "
