"I’d say three star… I’ve stayed here often over the past few years and tend to enjoy it, but it’s starting to feel a bit tired. The carpets in the corridor were dirty, the room didn’t have a smart TV, amenities in the room were a bit dated. Could do with updating. Also: The bar is expensive."

"We didnt use the room all day, but first impressions, very clean and neat! The bathroom was shinning and nicely presented. The shower was powerful and e got small condiments for shampoo and body wash. Nice towels (although I prefer the large ones). But soft and clean. In a very busy high street so food and drink is in abundance and also getting tubes and ubers is easy too. Staff very friendly. I didnt have time to check out the breakfast, but it was complimentary and no extra charge to the room. I would recommend if you want a cheap, top quality hotel in Ilford, where everyhting is nearby."

"Overall, the stay was ok. I was not a fan of the connecting door in the room that had no visible lock on my side, which made the stay slightly uncomfortable. The Spa could do with some work, with the sauna door blowing open every 20 seconds and gaps in the Steam room tiles creating cold drafts. The Breakfast was good, but I was never actually welcomed or spoken to. So there might have been things I missed that I was unaware of. That being said, it was a buffet style, so fairly self explanatory."
