"Overall, the condo was nice, the view fabulous, the kitchen top notch. The windows facing the Holiday Inn could use some shades, I did not like looking into the hotel's rooms. The carpet in the master bedroom could use a good cleaning or better yet, replaced. The sinks in the master bath are pretty to look at, but when washing in them, the water is splashed everywhere. The shower head in the master bath doesn't work very well. Paint was peeling from the ceiling in the bathroom. The base boards could use some touch-up paint. At night, we could hear a lot of walking back and forth in the condo above us. The trash chute would not open, we had to go downstairs each time to dump the trash."

"This is a pretty prime location for beach goers. Took a left out of the house and a short walk there. Very beautiful home, loved the 3 bathrooms. Great balcony seating for the entire family. Great parking spot. Check out instructions were simple and easy. Table was perfect for a poker night (brought our own). Night life and beach activities are hoppin! We did not sleep in, a triathlon was on that weekend and the bars were packed. Lots of people around. AC worked great, sufficient towels. Cons: Forget watching TV together, its tiny. TP was translucent thin. Minimal seating indoors. Water quality tasted awful. We also didn’t know about hurricane locks, we figured it out. The bed mattresses were so hard! The master bedroom had a very tall bed not for short, elderly or handicapped visitors. The stairs were a little misaligned and the outdoor staircase lights were out. We used a flashlight to go up and down stairs, even my daughter did! We enjoyed our stay overall but wouldn’t return because the beds were rough."
