"Clean rooms but small , no closet. Beds were very comfortable! Staff was courteous! Breakfast was available but not to tasty. There were options close by if you wanted something different. I would stay again! "

"It was everything the listing described. Communication from the host group was outstanding! We didn't have any issues, but they communicated with us just the right amount of times and we knew if we had any problems/concerns they would be addressed professionally. Key reasons we chose this place were: pet friendliness, quiet location, beach access, and inclusion of linens and beach towels. The bonus was the storage room with bikes and beach chairs as well as other beach friendly items. Everything was well taken care of and having shared access to the laundry facilities was pretty nice too. Great views! "

"The Blue Pelican was the perfect place to stay. Our son got married in Wilmington and the house was centrally located to everything. We enjoyed using the ping pong table in the studio. The privacy fence was great and allowed our dog to be off leash in the back yard. The interior of the house was so cute! We felt at home. I would definitely stay again and recommend it to others. "
