"Room was perfect, very comfortable and cosy, had a lovely night of sleep. Breakfast buffet for us was the most disappointing the. We had been to the Stamford in Brisbane and had the best buffet breakfast ever. Was v disappointed with the spread available. The only "southeast Asian" option was the miso soup and congee which was hidden in a corner. Booked the room as an anniversary gift for my boyfriend based on our experience at the buffet breakfast in Brisbane (we're big breakfast people)"

"There was a fire drill during breakfast our first morning. We had to leave our food on table and be outside for 15 minutes. Food at buffet have flies when we returned. Second night stay was disrupted by a SECOND fire drill at 5:09am. had to exit building -going down 7 flights of stairs to wait outside again until all clear. Understand the hotel needs to practice, but this was ridiculous to have in two successive days. "
