"The property is aging poorly and lots of housekeeping issues, we had a dirty washcloth wrapped around a bar of soap still in the shower. Mold around the window and ceiling, we have usually liked staying there but it is really obviously struggling. I doubt we will back for a while."

"False advertisement of hotel room. The room in Dennis Tower that we were assigned was a room that appeared somewhere out of the 80's. The room had old furniture (end tables, out-dated couches, a 1980's shelf that housed a 28- inch flat screen, old 1970 phones, an old carpet that was ragged up, an old lamp, and a clogged shower- hair balled filled the toilet as maintenance unclogged it. I am traumatized by this overnight stay. Bally's needs to make this right."

"I loved the room despite the cold winter! View was amazing. My only issue was they have to get rid of those terrible coffee pots & get real ones in there. It's such a great room but to have that terrible coffee with the plastic tray..it just doesn't go together. There was no room service or way to get anything."
