Beautifully renovated and updated beach block house - close to town!

Stylish, comfortable and convenient to all! This home is the second floor of a completely renovated duplex - one block from some of one of Brigantine's most beautiful beaches, and a few blocks walk to town.

The home has one bedroom with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and a bunk room that sleeps four. Altogether, the house sleeps eight.

The home was completely renovated, and has central air and heat. Its corner lot allows sunlight to flood the rooms, and the cross-breezes to keep you cool - whether sitting on the rockers on the large front porch or inside. The home also has its own utility / laundry room, equipped with a washer and dryer. The living room and king bedroom have large flatscreen TVs, the other bedroom have TVs for streaming. The house has cable and internet.

Discover all that Brigantine has to offer - its pristine and large beaches, quaint center of town, great restaurants, 18-hole golf course, public tennis courts, farmers market, public bay beaches, boat launches, fishing, and weekly activities put on by the town (such as movie night on the beach). For a change from Brigantine's quiet charm, drive ten minutes across the bridge to enjoy the shows, casinos, restaurants and boardwalk of Atlantic City.

Note: We also own the first floor of the duplex. It's a 4 bed / 2 bath home. VRBO # 1326192. If you are accommodating large numbers - multiple generations or siblings' families - consider renting the whole house - upstairs and downstairs. Each unit sleeps 8 - both units, together, sleep a total of 16!

This is a 2 night minimum rental in the spring and fall. It is a 7 night, weekly rental in the summer (Sat-Sat).

Great Stay!

Chrissy made the check in and check out process very easy! The house was clean, a quick walk to the beach. Also quick walk to some options for eating. This was perfect for a long weekend at the beach! We were also able to extend the last day of our stay which was a great bonus - thank you Chrissy! Would definitely stay here again!

Christine's place was a great landing pad for our week at Brigantine. The property itself is very comfortable, clean and well-equipped. The walk to the beach was sooo quick and easy! If we return to Brigantine I would definitely hope to snag this place again!

AC Showcase Basketball Stay

We were down to AC for the Showcase basketball tournament and found this gem. Chrissy the host was awesome and had great recommendations for food. We only stayed the weekend but what a nice little town. We will be back and highly recommend this place.

Chrissy was so helpful and checked in with us before, during and after our stay to see if we needed anything. The house had everything we needed, and was spotless! Weekend in Brigantine

We had a fabulous stay in Brigantine. It was our first time staying in Brigantine. We definitely look forward to coming g back and staying at this house. It was so clean and was very accompanying for our family stay which was my husband and I, our two daughters and our granddaughter. So close to the beach and many restaurants and stores close by. The property owner kept in contact with me. We highly recommend this house and wonderful owners.

Good stay

We had a great time at this property with three generations—grandma, mom and dad, and kids aged 7 and 4. An easy walk from the beautiful beach, adequately equipped and spotlessly clean, easy on street parking, lovely town. The only small thing we would note is that the kitchen accoutrements could use some updating— the Teflon pans were deeply scratched and the knives could barely chop an onion. Overall, though, we had a great time and would return!

The beach house is well furnished, very clean, and had lots of storage space! The area is calm and super close to the beach. The hostess Chrissy is awesome and very responsive. Definitely would love to stay in this beach house again!

Family Getaway

Everything exceeded our expectation. The location is great, close to the beach and very quiet. The appartment is spacious and clean, the decoration tasteful.
